Why I Created Energetic Renewal

It was that moment. The one when life, the old life, hums with a quiet dissonance no longer resonant with the soul’s expansion and calling. 

As many of us are "waking up" to a deep energetic shift collectively, I too could not sit in the silence and sameness of the status quo. 

That moment, that knowing, didn’t come as a single rupture for me—it was a slow unraveling. A realization that after years as a Nurse, EMT, and Clinical Liaison in the heart of our "sick care" system, I could no longer pour light into a leaking vessel. My journey into energy healing had begun. 

I’ve held hearts as they were breaking and bodies that were sometimes healing, sometimes failing, and sometimes as they entered or exited this dimension of experience. I’ve walked sterile hallways where the spirit was rarely treated, only the symptom. 

And I realized: My medicine had changed 💓✨

Our body is something we live in, but it’s not who we truly are. We must learn to navigate this physical plane well as our spirit journeys through it. Most importantly, it’s about the YOU that is traveling—your eternal essence. 

We all carry an energetic signature full of information. Just like an EKG machine reads heart electricity and an EEG reads brain electricity, both combined create an energetic pulse and field. 

Our energy fields are shaped by what we consume and what we output. Whatever your system processes through its senses can either renew your energy, drain it, or block its flow. 

Cultivating your environment, thoughts, feelings, experiences, beliefs, and habits are at the core of Energetic Mastery and personal transformation. Remember, energy is the one thing you can take with you when you go!
